WOT coil for sovereign gt

i bought a second hand WOT. it looks like clear silicone was applied to the seam where the top and bottom are joined together. is this coil waterproof? thanks in advance for any input! b

yes it is waterproof, the silicone you see is more than likely form the coil cover. its the same color.
