It's been a long time since finding a silver quarter in pocket change, possibly as long as 10 years or more.
I had to travel 100 miles to NY for a family function this weekend. Any weekend when I do not get to go metal detecting leaves me with an empty feeling, but "such is life".
Not knowing the White Plains area, I went to the nearest restaurant outside the hotel for a cup of coffee early this morning, which happened to be McDonald's.
When I got back to my hotel room and spilled the change out on the desk, this is how it looked.
