WOW...1.2M $$ for a penny?

Imagine digging one of those?....

i have 1 i have 1 no i dont :sadsmiley:

Minted on the 300th anniversary of the New World's discovery by Columbus in 1492.

What does a million dollar penny look like wheatie or something totally different was it dug or found in a role.

I bought a collection set of reproduction 1792 U.S. first coinage from the Gallery Mint Museum in Eureka Springs, AR several years ago. They have the same precious metals content as the originals such as copper and silver. That way I can have a representation of the coins Ill never be able to afford. They will never be worth more than the weight in precious metals but they are nice to look at except for the incused COPY stamped on the obverse of each coin.

Very nice, but it's a cent.

Not to be picky, but just sayin'......the Brits have Pennys, (pence), we have cents.

So that was that weird penny I found and tossed into coinstar bin. :)

They over paid. :icon_scratch: I'm sure better deal for a penny are out their.
