I hope someone can identify this medal because I have had no luck. It looks to be silver and enamel and is a substantial medal. Thanks for any help.

If someone could read the inscription it would be a clue. I see a crown for a kingdom, 2 dragons possibly two branches of a royal family. I say the country of Nepal. just a guess.
