Found this aluminum charm metal detecting this morning in an area where mostly wheat pennies, mercs and barbers have been found. This area is along the river where a beach used to be back in the 1930's and 40's and also served as a railroad bed/dump. I have found similar images online but all have dates under the main image on the front but mine says GERMANY. Any ideas on what exactly it is and why it would have Germany on the bottom instead of a date like the others found on Google?

Thank you for your time Medallion.webp,Medallion2.webp

Well, sorry to say that it is broken, but here is what you have. It is a Miraculous Medal (De la Milalagrosa) made somewhere from mid to late 19th century. (Germany). These were made in silver, some with beading, etc. The "mother" is also depicted in several different poses.
