Another thing from the old park site...
I feel like I know what this thing is but I can't place it.
Plus it has this "X" stamped in the back.
The green part reminds of some sort of handle.

Looks like part of a old zebco fishing reel. Mabe fling kites with it.

I think Timekiller nailed it. Thats why it is so familar.
I think it is from the bottom of a plastic reel the part that holds it on the line.

Gonna look for the "X" Stamp now...

Thats exactly what is,and Zebco's are notorious for breaking right there!!!
