xlt tune up ,up dates

how often should I send my my xlt into to whites for a tune up and up dates??

I have had mine since 2002 and have never had any tune-ups performed. It still operates like it did when purchased. There are no updates available for the XLT. For your piece of mind, White's will repair your XLT if needed. The XLT is an amazing detector!

If the detector is performing as designed, I would not bother to send it in for a “tune-up”. If you notice any drop in performance, then send it in for a check-up. The white’s customer service/repair department is excellent.
