Year end totals!

I guess I cant call it a full year of totals since I only started towards the end of August but for about a quarter years totals, Ironic I found this site just looking for better ways to process out gold from black sand, stumbled upon CRH Glad I did, its a lot of fun
So here are my totals for whats important

40% Kens 1246 184.2752 troy ounces of silver
90% Kens 146 52.8076 troy ounces of silver
Franklin's 78 28.2123 troy ounces of silver
Walkers 17 6.1488 troy ounces of silver
Barbers 2 0.7234 troy ounces of silver
Commemoratives only one 92 Columbus
Proof halves 41
Of those that were silver 12 not included above 1.7747 troy ounces of silver
Too many NFICs to count

War Nickels 6 0.3376 troy ounces of silver
Buffalo Nickels 1
V nickels 1 (1899)
proof nickels 1 1977

Silver dimes 32 including One Merc 2.3149 troy ounces of silver

One lonely silver quarter 0.1808 troy ounces of silver

Handfuls of Foreign coins from banks that save them for me.
Quite a few odds and ends.

TOTAL FINE SILVER RECOVERED 276.55 Troy ounces about $4000 worth at current market.
most of my finds were melted, I have found some since I did but they will go on the next batch.
I guess I need to reset my finds back to zero and look forward to this next years hunting season! Dont know if I should count it or not but I picked up a box yesterday and was not able to open it till today, it had one 90% ken. Last year or this year

Dont know if I should count it or not but I picked up a box yesterday and was not able to open it till today, it had one 90% ken. Last year or this year

My rule, picked up in 2007 counts in 2007.

as for foreign sliver I got one 1947 un peso. its .500 silver from a bank bag, and from the rest nothing yet. Closest was a 69 Canadian but when I went to look it up 68 was the cut off. darn. I am hoping however. The nice thing about hunting this stuff is you never know what will come up!

Silver has been a bit slim of late, but I hope I can outdo my finds in 08.


I seem to agree, I had it in my possession in 07 so it counts 07
Banks here today are closed so 08 cant be till tomorrow!
