After crossing over Bear Tooth Pass, I came to Clarks Fork of the Yellowstone River. The road from Cody heads up this canyon to get to the park.

Following are some pictures I took of critters in Yellowstone. I crossed though the park from East to West, leaving the park at West Yellowstone, MT. All the critters were in the Lamar River Valley. I didn't see a bear or any elk, and all the pictures are out the car window.

The last picture is of mountain goats lying in the shade. They look rough because they are shedding their long winter hair.

You had one great trip! As much as I love seeing animals, beautiful scenery is just as interesting. I bet I would have worn my camera out on that trip! Thanks for sharing with us!

I've never gone into Yellowstone. That's a great shot of the Tetons.

You could at least brush them down.:laughing7:

GOD Bless

I was there last month... Just amazing... My favorite part of Yellowstone? Mammoth Springs...

I would rate Bear Tooth Pass as one of the top 10 drives in the western US. Absolutely spectacular. Great pics!

That's not the Tetons, Tam....that's Pilot Peak along hiway 212 near Cooke City, MT. The Tetons are 120 miles to the SW. Great pic, too!

I have some fantastic pictures of the Grand Tetons but I can't post them here. :laughing7:
