When you call Xerox customer service and someone answers the phone who barely speaks bad English here's why. Yeah you're doing a bang up job of turning things around Mr President.. I have to wonder if all these kind of stories have to do with dumping non essential people due to the huge increases coming in providing them with health insurance. Sad Christmas story.

I hate the calls that go to India, I'm a little hard of hearing, and then a very thick accent from "Bob" makes it hard to understand what they are trying to say. I often ask "is there any one there that speaks English?"
