Are they daffadils? Well, International silver co., was a seller of silverware to many resturants and motels etc. T he mayfair hotel depending on which one it is cause there are many has been in business a long time....Of course the M is mono for Mayfair....

About the best you can do on that is you have a Mayfair Hotel Fork. Chicago, New York, other cities? Who knows. Whats the closest Mayfair hotel to you. Or what was the closest? I think most if not all are gone now. As to Cont. Trailways
their heyday was the 50"s to the 70"s.. The have been out of business for the past 15 or 20 years. A man from my home town was one of the principal stockholders at the beginning of that company.. I've got some great shots of buses and other equipment they used from an official in the early company.. See below. Circa 1944.
