From the video it is obvious that there is considerable wind on the starboard (right) side of the ship pushing it towards the dock. The stern, mid, and bow thrusters were not powerful enough to counteract the wind force.

If the incident didn’t kill the captain the paperwork will.

They lost power at sea.
Only had one engine, and a single tugboat pushing blindly from the starboard side.
