I'm pretty sure it's Nixon. I'm also pretty sure it's not the Nixon you think it is.

Thanks for the replies, I didn't want to throw it away without knowing. He's not from my generation. When I googled pictures I couldn't tell. I appreciate your time

looks close but the The greased Center Part of the Hair is definitely different

the rest I can't tell if
it's Lighting or what.

I've Never been real good with Resemblances though the Cheek Bones look similar to me
