Where is it from? What conditions was it found in? Creek, river, field? It looks like a natural stone to me. I see no pecks marks, grinding, or anything that would lead me to think it was made by man.

Click to expand... That explains the polish. Years and years of being pounded by the surf will do that to stone. It's natural and not an artifact.
