You're in luck. I also happen to collect yoyos and have such a specimen in my collection.
That's a Charmore Pocket Yoyo.

Museum of Yo-Yo History
 

Browsing the museum site was a real walk down memory lane. In the 1950's Duncan would have one of their people holding contests and exhibitions at their various retailers. I used to enter the contests regularly and was a local (neighborhood) champion. It's funny...the demise of the yo-yo very closely mirrored the demise of the Burma Shave roadside signs. Both were at their peak popularity during this time and in both cases...didn't just suddenly die...they disappeared so gradually....they were gone before we even realized they were "going".
 

Yoyoing has changed quite a bit.

 

Not bad...lol Actually, more like incredible.
