Zumbro Hotel key tag

I don't think the hotel building is there anymore. Not sure when it was built and when it was torn down but here is the key tag I found today.
Hotel Zumbro 144 Rochester,Mn.
I cant make out the maker at the top but here is some of it.WWW N COX-------

The Zumbro Hotel, named for the little river that flows through Rochester, was constructed in 1911-1912.
