Jeff, have you worn any clothing lately, (shirts, jackets) that may have been not been worn for awhile. Perhaps
hanging in a basement or garage for some time.

No nothing like that.
I turned a Bedroom into Large walk-in closit.
All my clothes hang on Round type Store Clothing Racks.
but keep putting on my most used clothing out of Habbit.

I was Cleaning another bedroom in my house that I have been using for storage
to get things for yard sale 2 weekends ago, & there were/are alot of webs
havn't finished it yet. but as I said the last time in was
before the 7th. so unless the spider has a memory of an elephant
& came after me last week, I'm doubting it's from that.

I had a Nightmare last night of hundreds of Brown
Spiders chasing me :D
I gotta get this outta my mind :P

Jeff, I hate to be so graphic, but that is the seriousness of a brown recluse bite. Because a spider doesn't ingest
solids, it's venom causes insects or whatever the prey to break down & the spider feeds on fluids. This type of
bite causes the flesh to decay surrounding the bite area. Wider isn't better. Hopefully the meds help & this area
doesn't continue to worsen. Sorry for the boogey-man story , but just a word to the wise.

Judging by the pictures you have posted I am still saying it is not a spider bite.

If you look closely at the picture you will see skin starting to slough off and there appears to be little blisters around the area and redness. If it were a recluse bite you would already see necrotic tissue present which usually appears within 12-24 hours of envenomation by the recluse.

I'm still saying this is a staph infection, maybe MRSA may not be. But that is my educated opinion.

Jeff call them and ask them if they cultured it and if so what were the results. It takes 24 hours for the initial culture and 48 for final reading and Sensitivity testing. They should have an answer by now for you, if they cultured it.

they didn't take a Culture
from the wound.
he never actually touched it.

Looked at it and said he didn't see a Head (tic)
and Suggested maybe a spider.

Drew two Gigantic needles of blood which she put evenly in 4 Bottles of
other liquids & shook them.
also drew 5 Small Vials of blood.

I think it's healing Whatever.

Jeff what you described are blood cultures. Totally worthless unless the infection was systemic.

The only way they could have cultured the wound would have been to make a small incision and drain any fluid out and then culture that fluid.

The only reason I am WORRIED is that if it is an infection and not a bite and the antibiotic they gave you does not cover the infection then it would get a little better and then within 48-72 hours could become much worse.

Also it is not uncommon for these types of wounds to open and drain then close back over and appear to be gone and then anywhere from a week to 6 months later come back, if it is MRSA. So just watch it closely. If it doesn't get better or you start running a temperature GO BACK immediately.
