so i managed to beat the rain Monday, and the ole 202 did its thing. took a road trip to a school and pulled lots o clad $3.89 and one 1944 s wheat. Lil banged up :( so i decided to go check out this old hay field after the school. MADE my way up to the top of the field and started pulling beer tabs. then i got a bottle cap signal. so i said what the heck and dug it. well to my surprise it was a tag that said ( postage guaranteed finder deposit any mail box DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS Cincinnati Ohio 45214 ) so i kept swinging and got a nice hit and out popped a $100.000.00 coin it was hit by a plow. 1st thought it was a nice half but it was not but i will keep it ;D so after that i made my way to a house built in 1890. started out and soon found out that there was tons of dog food can tops in the ground >:( so after lots of swinging i managed a nice printing plate INVESTORS mutual, that has a( established 1894) on it. had to hold it in the mirror to read it. has anyone seen any thing like this ??? then i found a nice old tootsie toy race car number 8. then the rain hits. make a dash for the truck and decide to wait out the shower. 15 min later i get a small window in the weather to get out to finish the last of my grid. glad i did or i would have missed the beautiful super saber midge toy rockford IL. ( my IL2 friends will like) and what might be part of a telescope, no rings today. so i hit the road at the same time as the rain and headed home after a nine hour day. and this morning i went to the hardware store get some goods, came in to do my post and was checking my change. before it went in the change barrel and found a 1957 d wheat  wheat's are like silver any more so i got off to a good start today all ready.. thanks for looking and best luck to all

Sorry to inform you, but your $100.000 coin being that damaged by the plow pretty much cuts the value by at least half. Still, having it slabbed and professionally graded may surprise you. All in all, still a great day of hunting!

Cool finds and sounds like you had a blast.

IL2 rocks!!! If you like combat flight sims and don't have it, you have no idea what you are missing. For 10 bucks on steam, you can't beat it with a stick!

Nice finds!

The little Veteran's key tag was a holder of a paper version of the owner's license plate (flip side). My dad used to get them in the mail all the time.

That little jet is cool!

Print plate

I have a 1939 john deere print plate I found. They are rare because they were normally melted after they were used so they can be used again. Nice find!
