Yeah, that section does have desert soil that is corrosive. Out of that same area I've plucked 3 silver dimes and 1 silver quarter(an SLQ). Lots of old stuff too. If it keeps producing, I'm gonna keep going. :occasion16:

I think finding them in the ground is easier then any coin star find. Lol My grand total for coin star finds is one.

It took me about 10-15 times checking Coinstar before I finally found one.....
