Chill Kermit!

We like your big shaker!

takes 5 movements total to reduce a pix in size but no one does it, to hell with it!
1- click open on the pix (paint)
2- click "resize"
3- enter 50 (for 50% to cut the video size in half from jumbo to a manageable size)
4- click "ok"
5- click "save"

Alrighty you IL guys and gals...I have plane tickets to fly home (NW IL) in late April for Morel picking and metal detecting for 17 days! Who's ready to find some silver?? I am for sure; my Dad has a hot spot located that he believes has been a sleeper since silver was first made!! I can't wait to add my silver counts to this forum!

Just so you know, when I return to Alaska...it's back to the gold drege/sluice for me!

Angie

Morels late April? Wow! I get 'em by me first week of April through April, and then Poooof!

Looking forward to you joining the IL Silver tally. I'm sure you will kick it off in style.

Hello 2011. Another year behind us, and a new one ahead of us. I will continue to keep updating our silver finds for Illinois in 2011 as long as you guys want to participate. I think its just pretty cool seeing the number of silver coins coming up out of the ground in our state, and seeing how the numbers will change year after year. Since we are pulling so much out, and no one is replenishing it. This tally is not intended to create any sense of competition, just a simple tally for ourselves to follow. Enjoy 2011, and I hope everyone meets and surpasses all of their goals. HH! L4S

UPDATE: If you guys want me to put your set goal, I will put it in [ ###] after your current count. Just reply to post with your goal.

Treasurefiend, if you're talking to me about the large pics. I uploaded some of the pics from my phone, the others I've posted were done at my leisure from my Computer(Don't have time to do it this way everytime, I'm too busy finding Silver) I couldn't help but notice that you're not even taking part in this Silver Tally, and you're the only one complaining. There are nicer ways to tell someone their is a problem with their pics. I'm not trying to start an "internet forum posting war" I'm just defending myself. Get out there, and get on board with some silver dude, I know I am! Don't worry about the pics. peace, and happy hunting!!!!

Hello L4S, I scored four more silvers today, I'm now at 53 for the year! the first silver of the day was the 1940 Merc, and then I got my first three silver pocket spill at an old football field! in the spill was a 1913 Barber dime, a 1919s Merc, a 1926 Merc, and there was also a 1936 Buffalo Nickel(I know it doesn't count here! LOL) But I wanted to post them all together~ these were an honest 10-12 inches deep! We've had a lot of rain in the last 24 hours and I guess it helped. Anyway, I sure hope I can keep this pace up all year!!
