No, I definitely agree. I certainly would not dump my life savings at a pawn shop. I thought you were going somewhere else with your comment.

Also, the idea of the show being on lease could very well be the truth. I understand they move high volume/high dollar items through their shop but who has $300k in cash laying around for purchases? If it wasn't fake, it was certainly rehearsed in advance.

I used to watch mainly to see the historical Items that were being brought in, but its so scripted, its impossible to watch
