Hello All. I hunted two sites for these finds, a small town empty lot and a 1941 home site. Still lookin' for silver at both locations...judging by what I am digging, it's gotta be there...right?

In the meantime found a few OK vintage items, most of which are pretty common, like the harmonica pc, head stamps, misc hardware, keys, wheatie, etc.

But I did find one first for me: I think the last two pics are a brass door knocker...at least that's what my wife says...is she correct? (I shouldn't be asking, wives are always right.)

Thanks for the view and good luck. C9

Nice relics. I think the wife is correct (again) on the door knocker. The NEW CLUB headstamp is, I think, from 1890s, but of course could have been fired anytime.

Some men claim to know all about them, but when it comes to knockers, I'd trust what a woman has to say...

Very nice finds by the way.

Looked at the pics before I read your comments, door knocker was my guess upon seeing it. Couple of good pieces there!
