Hello,

I purchased the book after obtaining a used Explorer SE for a few hundred dollars. I never owned a Minelab before and figured the information would be useful. It also contains information on the e-trac, one of the detectors I'm looking to purchase.

Regards,

Yup. Worth every penny.
Mass info, and yes the cross references can be initially confusing. But once differentiated, best book on market by far.

I need to read mine again. I bought it last year when I bought my E-Trac and it is worth every penny. The programs Andy has set up work really well too. Does anyone know if he is coming out with a book for the CTX-3030? If so I might have to buy one.

I bought the book to gain a deeper understanding of the Minelab products, since the Explorer SE was my first machine from that company.

I think it should be required reading for E Trac and Explorer users. Sure you can figure it out on your own but this cuts ALOT of time off the learning curve of these machines.
