Any opinions on how lady is dressed could this get a date

My guess early 20th C. I believe it's someone's painted image of Ruth of the Bible who in many images of her is holding a bundle of wheat.

Looks reframed I'm guessing a little older I didn't notice other nail holes at first.......here are photos of nails used all different sized heads
