I'm pumped up this morning

Dusted off the etrac and headed to a favorite old park. My silver count has been down due to the fact I've been trying to master the deus

Typical walking back to the truck telling myself one more signal and bam a solid 12-49 at nine inches. I said this might be something good.

Cut a large careful plug check the dirt it's out. Swept some dirt away to see a large disc. Picked it up.and new I had a silver dollar

These are very hard to come by. It made my day and thought I'd share with you guys

Very weird signal on a silver dollar for a Etrac. Normally they are in the 01-40,41 range. Anyhoo, congrats.

It got my blood pumping this morning. This is actually my 4th silver dollar in 22yrs of hunting. I hunt a good bit to.

48 49 and 50 is typical large silver readings on the etrac. Usually ferrous is a number one. But this one must have laid flat in the ground

It never left 12/49 it was a beautiful signal and a sight to see in that dirt.

Kickass find! Isn't is amazing to hold that huge heavy silver fresh from the ground? I had never owned a silver dollar until I dug my one and only Morgan, I couldn't believe how big it was.
