I bought a collection a couple of weeks ago in Central Illinois and this piece was in it. Looking at the collection this piece stood out like a sore thumb. The story goes that back in the early 70's he was helping his best friend clean out his Grandma's house and they found this point in the china cabinet. The grandmother had moved to Illinois from Erie County, Ohio in 1919. The point measures 3.75 inches long and is super thin and well made. I had to buy the whole collection but I was bringing this point home with me.
