Dark Green with Reflective Stripes

Does anyone know what kind of stone this is? The stripes are reflective in the sunlight and the stone is a dark forest green otherwise. Thanks!

It is hydrothermaly altered rock. As to what is the source rock it is impossible to know from the picture. The most common color resulting from that kind of alteration is green so that peace of information does not help. You would need to brake it up to see the fresh surface to have a better guess. But don't do that, it is a nice and interesting looking rock anyway.
