Clad for this day was 2¢ bringing my 2 day total to 21¢. One of the pennies was resting 8 inches down on a round clay flue line marker. Said marker is now resting on top of the ground marking the pipes location. The spoon was stainless (not silver darn it) but it gives me hope that a child may have buried other items elsewhere in the yard. The perimeter of my property is one large target, i.e. the remains of an old rusted chain link fence. On the bright side, I've located all my property markers (#3 rebar) and the original cast iron waste water line from the house. Finally ordered a sand scoop (beachmaster 41") and while waiting for that I'm trying to educate myself on the local beaches, parking locations, costs, tides, erosion, etc, etc. This is going to be fun!
