What I don't understand is this law is supposedly for K thru 12. What about college or just society in general? Why can I go into any bathroom I feel like as a senior in high school but at McDonalds I have to use the boy's room? That is very confusing and will probably screw up my psyche. :) There is no way my children would be "exposed" (literally) to this idiotic bs. Gov Brown and the rest of these morons can kiss my behind. I know, my mind isn't open enough, I'm old fashioned, I don't see the big picture, I'm not progressive etc., etc. Your damn right, and I intend to stay this way, guns and all!

Can teachers go into the opposite sex bathrooms and showers or dressing rooms? If not, why? Can only K thru 12 need to feel all fuzzy and if an adult goes in, they're perverted?

I think a big point is being missed! It seams like those in power are trying to blend all into one mold, there mold! It's there form of socialism. Ever hear the word UNISEX? Frank... View attachment 847709

And, a huge point being missed is that these folks are absolute perverts! Deviant does not do justice to the kind of people they are. I can just imagine Pelosi with a donkey......

We need to send ALL the boys into the girls showers and sign up for the "girls" volleyball team and force the situation. There isn't even any criteria required to allow for the deviant behavior. That wouldn't matter to me anyway, I don't care how messed up a doctor says his patient is, keep him out of my little girls locker room. I just don't understand how a "law" (choke.....choke!!) can cover just youth K thru 12. I'm sure that's only public schools? What about city parks and public swimming pools, can the high school boys just wander around the bathrooms and showers?? Don't they feel strange having to use the appropriate toilets and showers outside of the protection of the schools?? The laws, if they think actually make society better, should cover everyone, everywhere in the state! If they don't, there must be a reason they think others should stay in their own bathroom. I wonder what would happen if I went into the ladies room at the state capital? I'll spend the night before eating beans and pickled eggs and washing them down with beer. :)

A six year old boy from Wisconsin has been charged with first-degree sexual assault after playing “doctor” with two five-year-old friends. Yes, you read that right! Surely, the charges were dismissed once the young boy appeared in court? That would be no, and according to the boy’s lawyer is nothing less than “crazy”. However, the officials who proceeded with the criminal petition in juvenile court may be getting their comeuppance. The young boy’s parents have filed a federal civil rights law suit against district attorney Lisa Riniker, and a Grant County sherrif and social worker.
The original allegation was that the boy had put his finger in the girl’s anus, however, the girl now says that her young friend touched the outside of her buttocks.
So what’s really going on here? According to the boy’s parents the criminal investigation has been motivated by politics. The boy’s father is a well-known politician in Grant County and the boy’s aunt is a regional social services supervisor.
It is also alleged that prosecutor Lisa Riniker has tried to persuade the child’s parents to resolve the matter by way of a consent order or face the prospects of a legal action to remove their son from his home.
The parents rightfully refused to allow their son to be interviewed by the prosecutor which has led to the suggestion that the child’s parents are “witness tampering” and should be charged with that offence as well.
Can you say “out of control”? This is utterly insane. Since when are five and six-year-old children mature enough to understand the ramifications of benign exploration of their bodies?
Will somebody please inject some common sense into this ludicrous persecution, I mean prosecution.
