Dell if you have aches and pains this Voltaren gel works wonders.I use it so does my 83 year old mother.Works for joint pain,arthritis or just general joint pain like i have due to all the cartilage torn up.Pain pills,ben gay,tiger balm,anti inflammatory pills do nothing for me but this stuff works.I put it on 3 times a day then im good for the rest of the week.You need a docs script to get it.

I'll have the little dig boat in the water by tomorrow night and have the other 23' awaiting the call.

You're in charge of making sure the swell period gets above 8 seconds and the swell and wind waves stay below 4'. Under that period and wave height, we're good. Over that...not so good with a heavy boat and a big load.
