Finally found my first silver coin, i got my detector last year in december, never really got out of my own backyard and a couple tot lots before the ground froze up solid. my detector broke(battery clip on bounty hunter 3300) and i ordered a whole new enclosure, yesterday i finally took the whole thing apart and fixed it. i hit an area in northport that had an old graveyard in the woods and found a beautiful 1939 merc and a 52 roosie.i didnt hunt the graveyard but i was scared someone would see me in there and think i was. ill post pictures when i get home from work, im just excited and wanted to post.

more pictures further down page- I soaked the button in olive oil for a week or so i can make out the words BEST*GRANGER*LTD(?)*COLOUR any help on IDing that?
