Hi! I've had a Bounty Hunter Tracker IV for about two and half weeks, bought it and sharing it with my mom. Keep learning it better and better, and today I found a .925 silver ring!

It was near a bus stop and trees/ground behind it, which I've kept getting stuff on the last few days. Today I set my detector to max sensitivity and low discrimination thinking there's so much coins there may as well dig everything maxed out. In addition to the ring found 11 quarters, 12 dimes, 6 nickels, and 22 pennies! This was going over areas I'd previously searched and also found a lot of coins at, including the 10 yen Japanese coin pictured along with the ring.

So far my total finds with the Bounty Hunter are 249 lincolns, 2 wheaties, 24 nickels, 50 dimes, and 26 quarters. Plus the silver ring, a copper ring, the 10 yen, a $2 Canadian coin, Canadian penny, and a British penny. Plus several tokens. Looks like that bus stop and a big park I found most of the other stuff at hadn't been detected in years! WOOHOO! As they say, I'd rather have rookie luck than skill lol! :D

Congrats on your first Silver, more importantly, learning how to hunt in only 2-3 weeks, crank up your det. and let the "real" discriminator do it's work, your brain.

Happy New Year from Cold Country.
