Badger hang in their you will get the hang of it. I got my f70 about 2 weeks ago,I have only
used Garrett metal detectors for 25 years and still use a gti-2500, this park that I have hunted out or so I thought,I used the f70 and found three wheat back in about 45min
if it helps: I run mine set on notched out iron,speed DE and sen's at 90 and tones DP this park is very trashy in DP I can tell that its trash but not in 3 or 3h oh and my ground is 1-2 bars. Good Luck.

Rather than setting the disc to zero try five or six. I find my F75 does better all around (depth and sensitivity allowed) with a touch of discrimination. I then use the VDI to help determine whether it's worth digging.

Keeping watch of the Fe304 scale helps determine large iron targets that can skew the response, too.

when Burdie gets back, I'm sure we'll get together and do some hunting. to me it doesn't matter whether we hunt down there, or up here, it's nice to have someone as nice as Burdie to hunt with.
