I am posting this only to flaunt..

I am in the process of devouring homemade fudge walnut brownies..as many as I can stuff in.. and washing them down with fresh coffee laced with banana and vanilla extract, chocolate, and cream...did I mention the sugar?

Ahhhhhh.

Made a peach cake today...still warm...munching on some almonds and then off to make back strap, potatoes, green beans/carrots/cauliflower in a cheese sauce.....and large green salad.

MMMMM, Cousin! Got enough for a poor college boy? I'll bring my own plate! And even help with the dishes....PLEASE?

Well, lets see, after dinner eating my jambalia, I had some watermellon, some moolenium crunch ice cream, some vanille strawberry pineapple ice cream, a peach, and some sweet tea!

For supper was potato salad, broiled speckled trout (so fresh they slept in the lake last night).

Since we have an abundance of cucumbers, that's one of the main courses. We slice them up, add some sliced onion, water, vinegar, and sugar. Let them set for a while, then dig in. Tomorrow we'll make a coleslaw, adding sliced cukes, tomatoes, and onions.

We also have some extra zucchini that we need to make a casserole, using cornbread stuffing, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar, and sour cream. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

Evening Cappy: Freshly caught Lagoon Shrimp, fried in garlic butter, Nopalitos in chile sauce with hot, whole wheat tortillas, strong Mexican hill coffee with fresh Mango ice cream. Later, will tap one of Luis Martini's excellent wines.

After a nice dinner of roast duck, rice and a salad of baby spring mix with herbs, I am now enjoying a glass of Grand Marnier on ice Gpurs....
