I finally got my Daughter through her Collage issues. Worked some extra hours sold some stuff scraped scratched plus 15 percent Military discount. Ive had the AT MAX and its a great Machine, period!!!!!! I like the 800 the multi frequency.I know its suggested to use the preset modes to learn but the machine seems pretty easy to learn as far as setting some tone and pitch sounds sensitivity adjustments and I do like the reject button it works very well on pop tops Im mostly a coin shooter. There arent alot of historic battles ect fought here, I sacrifice some jewelry but I want to dial in my coin program. I gotta say its a great machine. I have posted my WM08 module and wireless headphones in the classified for a great price Im a Grey Ghost headphone die hard.....Thanks everyone for all the support and PMs this is my Tnet Family. Im back now!!!! I just gotta find some Silver. Tommy I did find alot of coinage in an area I thought I hunted out so Im pumped. Ill tell ya one thing this machine can reach down to the middle of the earth and grab a piece of iron out of Satins hands ......deep on iron!!!!!!

I like your idea of learning the machine for coin hunting, using the reject button. Have fun!

Hey, Tommy.....GOOD LUCK, my friend with your Nox800 and your venture to find more old SILVER coins. Keep us posted with your finds and if you plan to go "under water" with it after the Michigan lakes & rivers get a little warmer. Happy Hunting. BILL

Thanks its fun to create a program and be able to tweak it then find a coin and switch to the default and back and adjust a tweak or two.

"Found my new Buddy EQ 800 I went to the Dark side " HAAA!!! I felt the same way when I bought mine in Dec. My Excalibur had been at my side and my first detector since 2000. And although a great machine on the pristine beaches of Florida I was destroying it in the woods and beaches of Maine. It hangs next to my work bench in the basement and gives me the stink eye every time I pass it. Congratulations! You will love your new machine! Now get out there and make us all proud!!!

Tommy, first of all, thank you for your service. You will love the Equinox 800, I picked up a 600 just this past year. The Equinox loves silver dimes, and separates in the trash like no other. Definitely go back to your old spots, you would be surprised at what the Equinox will find that other machines missed. Enjoy!
