I found these three points yesterday evening. It poured during the day and I managed to get out for an hour just before dusk. The serrated one was in an eroded little channel. It is small, but might it be a pine tree?

Great finds the small one is real nice by being so well made. I always look at the high water channels when walking the creek. Always seem to be something in them. If you have never noticed the water channels you are missing out on some good finds. 3 nice ones.

That red piece looks interesting above it in the pic in the sand.

Yeah,
This spot is one I have been to many times before and will find a broken base or a tip from time to time so I was shocked to find multiple (mostly whole) points in such a short time. Proof that a good heavy rain is truly a gift.

It might have been something, but all my attention went toward the point and my hope that it was whole when I tugged on it!

My last show of finds was in a high water channel. They were all gathered together even though most showed tip damage or breakage. I found them in the low spot of the dried channel.

:icon_thumright: Way to go! That little one sure is a pretty one.

While all three are nice, the serrated point is special. Thanks for the insitu.

You dog! Great find and insitu pic!
