Help with hall marks

I bought this at a thrift store for $12. It looked a bit nicer than the average plated serving tray and thaught I'd take a chance on it. Can someone help me out with the hall marks?

E.G. Webster & Son plated, could be a transitional piece (E.G. Webster & Bro) since it has hallmarks of both companies. They changed names in 1886. Silverplate Marks W 2 - Online Encyclopedia of Silver Marks, Hallmarks & Makers' Marks​
