Folks,
This will be my last post as I've decided to take up basket weaving instead. :tongue3: I've been in a real detecting slump over the last month and a half. I've hit some great old houses too, even a few Colonial houses , but still nothing to write home about. :'( My wife & I went up to northern Indiana earlier this week to visit family & friends. I fished (caught nothing), detected at the two houses pictured, drank a few cold ones (not detecting), and ate like a pig. My wife & I also hit the casino a few times. Who had the best luck you ask? As you can see by my measly finds, SHE DID. ;D She hit another video poker royal flush for over $1300 as soon as we got there. Boy, I love my wife. :laughing9:
It was great being back home in Indiana in the fall though. Great memories.

I have another old property on over 20 acres lined up for Saturday, so if you know of any witch doctors please have them take this spell off of me. :angel11:

Have a great week,
MM

Howdy Pard!
I know what you mean about them slumps. I go a week or two without finding any
gold or silver and I'm ready for therapy. The good thing about slumps is they don't
last forever.

Keep a stiff upper arm and keep that coil to the soil. You'll soon be back to nailing
the goods!

Blessings,

Don't feel bad Miner. I have been in a slump all year. My luck is so bad I can't get anyone to sit by me at the club hunts when they have the drawings! Burdie called me complaining about his misfortune in hunting lately and I didn't tell him it is because he has been hanging out with me! Psssst, don't tell him. Heck I even tried under ground baloon flying but that didn't work out either. Neither did swimming the Mojave desert! Maybe I should just stick with detecting? M :help: nty

Monty,
That was hilarious!! :laughing9: Thanks for the laugh. It's bad when no one wants to sit by you. ;D
