Interesting electric switch

Found at a old camp dated 1909 to 1915 it says wizard and has a ornate design it has old brass wire from the base. Wizard made electrical fans then but it doesn't seem to be a part. Not sure if they made other electronics either. Please help if you can I'm very curious thanks.

Looks weird, but I've seen weirder.
