And you looked anyway..... ;D You probably needed a break...Heck how many awesome coins, buckles, buttons, medals, fobs, etc. posts can you read before you have to stop and wipe the drool off your keyboard anyhow?...But since you stopped by...here's my very first horseshoe...the result of no research and aimless wandering in the woods... :D Well as they say...at least I got out...OK breaks over.....now get back to the good stuff...

A horse shoe is a big deal when you find someone to buy them. For some reason i got a guy here that buys them for 50 cents each. The photos are great and keep collecting the shoes.....aa

LOL...not usually...in this case yes... I've been keeping the detector in my backpack...went for a hike and while taking a break...just for giggles, I wondered if I'd be able to find anything....after about 10 minutes got a hit on the shoe...go figure...

Yes i have used the "Aimless wandering" tactic many times and take heart as I think that shoe is from the famed Man O War! worth millions to eagar ebay bidders lol
