Hello everyone, Got out today for a few hours ,but I had to quit early because of the wind. Even though it wasn't too cold, 40, the wind made it feel colder and I couldn't hear my Ace 250 beeps. Going back out Sat and Sun and try to get the Lazy Mans Rest to give up some of it's hidden coins. Made off with a 1906 IH that is a little worn, but I'll take it. Also found 2 new shell casings I need help identifying. The first casing I found last week was from an 1860 Henry. Saw a picture of it on the internet. I thought I had found another, but when I cleaned it the marking were different. It has C. R. on top and on the bottom it says C-90. The smaller one says W.R.A. Co. 25.20 WCF . Found a few clad 70's pennies and that was it. I added a picture on the end that I am trying to get permission to hunt. Thanks for looking, Ron

" CAR 54, WHERE ARE YOU?" Muldoon and Toody, partners in hijinks. I think they are from late 60's to early 70's.......Nice finds.......NGE

Now I know. When I looked at the badge I didn't have a clue. But now after looking at it a little closed I recognize Herman :D

"Car 54" was more a late 50's early 60's sitcom; that is an excellent find! I'd take that pin over an 06 Indian any day!

WRA=Winchester Repeating Arms

Chambered in both pistol and rifle around the turn of the century (1900)
The smallest of the WCF series ie: 25-20,32-20,38-40,44-40 (.25 cal with 20 grains black powder)
The idea was to have a pistol in the same calibre as the rifle.
As a Jarhead, I figured they put that in your noggen early on. I was in 1st Mar Div 58-62.
My youngest is Force recon w/three tours in Iraq (S/.Sgt) His older brother is a Combat MP on his third tour,(Sgt & Sniper) the oldest is CPO retired .Seimper Fi

Ok I did some research on your shells and i came across the C.R. C-90 and it is a armour piercing bullet and the second shell is actually a winchester rifle shell closely associated with a 30-30
