I agree, something the mining commuinties have been screaming about for decades hopefully this could smack down the frogs and toads crital habitnonsense, the more we close off the Public lands from the mom and pops shops like in Downieville, Sierra City and i can tell you they be bent on the Mountain bikers contribute little to the shops and support for the most part e dredgers
