Hey fellow X-Terra, in Tucson, to detect the parks you need a license. Just go to the Parks and Recreation Dept ( they have locations east and west of the city, check on-line for the address), and request the license. It is free and is good for a year. Note: there are some parks (historic) that are off limits to us. HH and good luck.
