So if you're not allowed to sell the stuff how come when you look on eBay or completed listings for usef medical equipment there's thousands of items. From electronic to wristbands some of them for selling $30,000-$50,000?
I haven't checked but it could be that they are licensed dealers. You can sell pellet guns now too, if you are a licensed dealer.

I bought a CPAP at Goodwill for $25 after a quick Google to see what they sell for new. I eventually talked a guy into taking it home for free at my yard sale. What a racket! It was worth $1200 new, can't hardly give it away used.

Your machine is obsolete. Like Justice 70 said these machines need to be set up by a tech to determine pressure, alarms, and other things. If you go to Cpap.com you will see that the prices vary depending on what the doctor requires and it's by prescription. The newer ones have a memory card so a tech can see the machines effect. They also have an average 5 year expectancy.
