Only the pics at the bottom right hand side (20181108_105311.jpg) appear like they could be NA pottery sherds.

The rock with the light green bumps is called porphyry. The base rock has eroded leaving the feldspar phenocrysts sticking out. Indians used this rock for various artifacts like bannerstones, celts, and boatstones. Your rock is natural and has not been worked. Gary

The first one you circled is kind of cool. I haven't seen that design on pottery. The second piece you circled looks like a piece of turtle shell.
