Having one of my favorite sandwiches for dinner tonight, grilled tuna.

Russian rye bread, tuna from a can mixed with mayo and a sprinkle of celery salt, Swiss cheese, purple onion and tomato slices. Lightly butter the bread and grill on a cast iron fry pan.

Great to dip in a bowl of homemade soup from yesterday!
