I work for a propane company and had the college station fire marshall call me about a tank I installed, he said it dident look right to him, I asked for the City specs and told him I'd be happy to complie, (it was within state specs) never heard from him agien because CS doesent have any regulation on Propane tank installations, DUHH.
If the city has regulations you must complie but if they dont, find out and stick by your guns..
Most city parks can get you on disturbing the vegetation (grass), but they will have to see holes to do that.
