No. If it is as described, you would be wise to keep it separate from the junk silver pile. Put in in a 2x2 and place it on eBay. You'll at least get melt, but you might get some buyer who falls in love with your offering and bids beyond. If you can find one small scratch, a grader will find dozens more when they put it under magnification.

The 40% bicentennial is only worth a couple dollars over melt in uncirculated. Grading would cost you about $20-$30.

It is way too late....I am already addicted....took small vacation to Western NM and scored there at local banks and family was not happy lol
