Even better! Only took three years of bothering them about it 2 times or so per month, and a new head teller looked into it... gave me the all clear to dump bags there. Gonna start at 10 $1k bags a week.
Did they say to put $1K in each bag? My locale, policy is $500 or the courier will not take them. Also, if the tellers are older or small women, they may sour on your 50 pound bags after a short while. food for thought.
A manager at a Chase bank offered me bags for deposit but it was going to take up to a week to get credit for the deposit.
I really was not to keen on having over a 1000 dollars or more of deposit in transit a week.
I would rather use a coin counting machines. If can do serious volumes I guess you can deal with the float on the deposit.
If I buy bags they won't charge me fees, if I don't, they will... the fees are $2 a bag, bags can be bought for way less than that, so I am buying my own bags... But 250ct for $140 or whatever? That's easy enough to swallow instead of having to drop them off where I used to, which is a solid 25 minute drive.
