Way to go! Can't wait to see the results!

Love the hear how folks buy bags off the coin counters. Do you just ask the manager to open the machine and sell you the bag inside?

Dangling carrot thread.
Why?
I'm not hating you for doing this, I'm just simply asking why you feel the need to do it.
To my knowledge this is the only section of t-net that has dangling carrot threads.
It may also be the most hostile section on t-net. This may be a total coincidence.
I've noticed in other sections of t-net the show their finds tell a short story about it and move on.
Why does that not happen here?
These are simply observations and opinions on my part.
Enjoy the hunt

I have to agree. I have absolutely no use for the "I have made a REALLY good score, but I'm not gonna tell you about it until later" threads. For my part, just wait until you have searched the bag(s), box(es), and/or CWR(s) and THEN post with the results. I do not understand the need to tease, but thats just me. Others here may enjoy it.

Depends on the bank. I've had a few banks just sell me a partial bag off of their coin counter when they heard I wanted halves. Others the bag needs to be filled. Sometimes the bag is in the vault ready to be sent off, etc.

Just depends on the bank.

Request denied. Time zones are an invention of Ben Franklin and are irrelevent nowadays! If a CRH has the time to pick up and post during the work day then they should have time to post results.

It took me a good 5 mins to convince the teller that she absolutely needed to sell me the bag. Fortunately I was the only customer in the bank. She tried to offer to order a box for me but I informed her that I didn't want brand new coins. I had to do a little social engineering and it paid off! I find that it's good to say something along the lines of "I've purchased the bags out of the coin counters before, and I'd like to buy the half dollar bag when it's full." If they say yes then say you'll go get some halves to finish filling up the bag. In this case she just sold the bag for what was in it and cleared out the CC.

So, the moment you've been anxiously awaiting:::

Know anything about the token? I was about an hour from home on a CRH mission or I would have searched and posted sooner.

Way to go man! Nice little find you got there! I wish I could buy bags from the banks around here. Thanks for the follow up and pics, but no more teaser articles, please?! Just show us your finds!
